For those of you who have not visited this sacred site, we
should mention that the complex is roped off. Visitors observe
the stones from a distance and are not permitted within the
temple complex..........our special access tours allow you
to be amongst the stones and to actually touch them. Your
guide will bring to life its many myths, legends and rich
and fascinating history. All tours depart central London at
6.00am and return mid-day leaving you time to make the most
of your stay in London.
On arrival at Stonehenge your guide will
pour you a glass or two of Champagne to
put you in the mood. Hear about the many myths, legends and
mysteries of this World Heritage Site,
built over 5000 years ago, and take time
to reflect upon its powerful, mysterious
presence.

Afterwards
we take a very scenic drive through the historic Woodford
Valley along the banks of the River Avon en-route to Salisbury
Medieval City. You will also see Old Sarum Castle (Old Salisbury),
one of Britain's earliest settlements.
Visit the beautiful medieval city of Salisbury and explore
the magnificent Cathedral crowned with the tallest spire in
Britain and built by medieval craftsmen over 750 years ago.
See one of the few surviving original texts of the Magna Carta
and wander around the picturesque streets of this ancient
market town, ideal for Christmas shopping. There will be time
to have breakfast before meandering back to London.

If you are unable to join us on the above dates why not enquire to see if we can offer you a Stonehenge 'Inner Circle' private tour. We are unable to offer any private Inner Circle tours durning October and November as the English Heritage close the inner circle for conservation reasons.
